This 2.5 "USB external box allows you to transform a 2.5" SATA Hard Disk into a transportable data unit that can be used on a USB port. The dimensions are small and the structure is in aluminum. The connection is very simple, of immediate operation and all the work is done from the USB port. It is compatible with USB 1.1 and 2.0 standards and allows data transfer up to 480 Mbps.
It is sufficient to install a normal 2.5 "SATA hard disk (the same used in laptops) inside the box and connect it to the USB port using the supplied cable. Power is supplied via the USB port of the PC itself The box supports hard disks with a capacity of up to 500 GB, and for correct power supply you must always connect both USB sockets of the Y-cable supplied with the box. |
