Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include all taxes. They may be subject to change without notice. In case of failure to indicate the prices in the order form, the price indicated in the price list will be considered valid.

Method of Purchase
The customer can purchase all the products on the website. The products available for purchase are actually in stock. If due to a simultaneity of orders the product should not be available immediately, the site's technical staff will contact the customer to provide an alternative solution.

Acceptance of the general conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between IPERDEAL Ltd and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by the seller. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated in any way to the customer.
By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general and payment conditions transcribed below.
Once the online purchase procedure has been completed, the customer will print or save an electronic copy and in any case keep these general conditions of sale in compliance with the provisions of articles 52 and 53 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 on distance selling.

Billing
The invoice, if desired, must be expressly requested at the time of the order. To this end, it is essential to communicate a valid VAT number or tax code.
For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the customer at the time of the order will prevail. No variation will be possible on the invoice after it has been issued.

Cancellation of orders
All orders are binding and can be canceled only and exclusively if the goods have not yet been shipped by written communication to be sent by e-mail.
For orders that have already been processed, the customer must exercise the right of withdrawal.

Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal, regulated by Legislative Decree n.190 of 19 August 2015, art.11, allows the customer to cancel an order that has already been sent or take advantage of a refund if the object received does not meet the required qualities.
Within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) days, the customer can return (with a secure and traceable method) the products on which he expects to make use of the withdrawal to the following address:

It is important to insert the details of the order for which the right of withdrawal is made inside the package to allow the recipient to trace the returned order.




The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt. The reimbursement does not include the costs relating to transport for the return of the goods, always charged to the customer.
If the returned products are not intact, damaged or not complete in all their parts, this clause is not applicable and they will be sent back to the customer with a regular debit invoice equal to 25.00 euros for costs of checking and managing the new shipment.

Product Warranty
All products, unless otherwise specified, enjoy the direct guarantee from the Manufacturer.

Availability of Products
Since this website is not our only sales channel, it is possible that due to simultaneous orders, a product is not actually available. If this eventuality occurs, the staff will contact you immediately to inform you of the waiting time and if you do not wait for the replenishment of the product in the warehouse, an immediate and total refund will be issued in your favor with consequent cancellation of the order.

Right to privacy
Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, we declare that by filling in the order form or sending your personal data, the user authorizes Iperdeal ltd to retain their personal data. The aforesaid data will only be available to Ruwa Srl, which will be able to use them for sending informative and promotional material strictly linked to the site.
Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, the customer has the right to access their data as well as the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation at any time. of law, updating, rectification and integration.

Legal notices
