Procedure for obtaining an optimal Protein Pizza:
-Mix 100g of powder with 140ml of warm water with your hands or with a wooden spatula for about three minutes,
or in any case until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
- Cover everything with a cotton cloth and let it rest for about ten or fifteen minutes,
just the time that the leavening agent can start to activate.
-Then put the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out with a rolling pin until you get a thickness of just under a centimeter.
-Remove the sheet above and add the seasoning you like best.
In the meantime you will have heated your oven to 220 degrees (be careful not to cook the protein pizza before the oven has reached the desired temperature),
