Description

Kinestrological tape is made of elastic cotton fabric that guarantees maximum breathability. The excellent resistance to traction, water and sweat allows it to be applied to any part of the body and is easily removable. Hypoallergenic latex-free product. Product commonly used as an aid to the natural healing process in rehabilitation and sports medicine. It improves muscle function and joint stability, it also acts locally in the lymphatic circulation. Measures 5 m x 2.5 cm.

How is the Kinesiology Tape applied?
1 Skin Preparation: Clean the skin well and dry it before applying the tape;
2 Application: Be sure to apply the duct tape at least 20-30 minutes before any exercise or sporting activity. Actual tape life can also be affected by the area of application. Some areas and parts of the body, such as the knee or ankle, are subject to more movement than others. If applied correctly, the Kinesiology Tape will last between 3 and 5 days.
3 Removing the tape: Remove the tape in the direction of hair regrowth. It is recommended to apply baby oil, which will help remove the adhesive. The use of water is not recommended, as Kinesiology Tape is water resistant and will therefore not be of any help.
